That’s why we run a structured, transparent evaluation day. Arrive ready to work hard, listen to feedback, and show your elite potential.

10:00 AM - YOUTH GYMNASTICS CHECK-IN & WARMUP

Arrive at the facility to receive your youth gymnastics tryout number and evaluation sheet. Athletes will head straight to the spring floor for a structured, coach-led warmup to prepare muscles and joints for peak performance.

10:30 AM - YOUTH GYMNASTICS SKILLS EVALUATION

Athletes cycle through stations for tumbling, jumping, and choreography during the youth gymnastics skills evaluation. Our coaches focus not just on current skill level, but on coachability, positive attitude, and elite potential.
